One step process
Factory to Warehouse
Packing, warehousing and shipping are the last steps in the production process. Teas are a very hygroscopic substance; therefore, this is another sensitive stage. Because they absorb moisture quickly, they are stored in plywood tea chests or multi-walled aluminum craft paper sacks.
Each box of tea is hygienically packed and sealed to ensure no moisture enters the tea. Once packaged the tea boxes are packed into cartons and once again sealed for protection during transport by sea or air cargo.
Final Stage of manufacturing
Warehouse to Shipping
The process of moving packed tea to containerized cargo is a meticulous process of coordinating with the warehouse, logistics company as well as the shipping line on which the cargo will be safely directed to the port of discharge.
Properly sanitized containers are collected and packed in our state of the art warehouse with the least amount of lead time. Ensuring that products do not waste time on shelves.
